is a Non-Profit Foundation currently raising funds for the breast cancer prevention research of Dr. Brian Czerniecki, M.D., Ph.D..
Dr. Czerniecki is the Surgical Director of the Immunotherapy Program at the Abramson Cancer Center at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. He is researching methods of treating and preventing cancer through the body's immune system. We are raising funds to pay for the second clinical trial of his research.

Not that I'm aware of. If there is, it doesn't seem to be public info.
Many people believe there is a cure already available that the "powers that be" (insurance, pharma, the government, etc) won't allow to be publicized. I don't know if there is a cure (I personally doubt it). However, there certainly could be a situation where promising research doesn't get funded for one reason or another (valid or not).
